Hotel a Illinois sud-occidentale

“I booked for 3/9-3/10/26. We arrived today and were told the reservation was for last night. I’m Very clear that I selected a stay fo tonight. I have no idea how it got changed to last night. Please refund me in full for the incorrect reservation last night. ”

“This was a really nice property. The room we had was super spacious and the updates were nice. Newer vinyl flooring was great instead of gross old carpet. I have not stayed in a Best Western Plus and this makes me consider staying again in the future,”

“The outside and lobby was clean. The young girl St the front desk was friendly and helpful. Th rooms were clean. The fridge was huge but looked a little rough on the outside but very clean on the inside. Beds weren’t too bad clean pillows soft. Bathroom has some tile broke sink was crewed to the wall. You can tell it wasn’t the original toilet that used to be in there didn’t match the spot on the floor and it moved when you sat firm on it. There was permanent stains on the tub But it was clean....

“The woman who checked us in is such a hard worker. The next morning she was running the desk and helping in the breakfast area as it was extremely busy. However…our room had just been cleaned and it had a weird smell. I always check for bedbugs at any place we stay. Bed sheets looked clean and fresh until I lifted the fitted sheet to find another mattress sheet cover and saw an area of brown something. I did take a photo. I would have had them comeback and change the mattress cover but we were...

“Evidently they have trouble with Expedia reservations, they had no record. Lobby was not heated. All rooms are entered from outside. First room the heat did not work. Very thin walls. Seemed to be clean. ”
